I started this service to help homeowners and landlords that needed a knowledgeable reliable person that could do all those odd jobs that others thought were too small or they could only handle one part of the job.

Grew up in the rehabbing world with my parents working on a 1860’s farm house that I lived in as a child.

My first house was a fixer-upper that my wife and I moved into back in 1989. Since then I have rehabbed over 60 houses and even built the new house that my family currently lives in from the ground up.

Needless to say, I have tackled just about every issue that new and old houses can have!
